My name is Maisha Christian - and I’m here to help. I’m a dynamic career coach, workshop facilitator and speaker with over twenty years of experience helping individuals and organizations achieve professional growth. I’ve helped thousands of people and hundreds of teams get clarity, build community and work collaboratively. 

I’m always engaging, educational and encouraging, and my style resonates with all audiences regardless of size, experience level or background. I’m intentional about incorporating visual aids, interactive activities, and pop culture, sports and entertainment references to drive home key principles and get people learning, thinking - then doing. I’m fun to work with, professional and collaborative. 

I have a passion for people, a mind for business and a gift to teach - making me a sought-after speaker and facilitator for companies and organizations across the country. Whether virtual or in person, I’m comfortable working one-on-one in a coaching arrangement, with groups sized 10-50, or from stages in front of thousands. And I will work with you to amplify your vision and inspire your people to work together.
